EDMONTON, Alberta, Nov. 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Firelight
Corporation (TSX Venture: FRL; OTC Pink Sheets: FLGHF) announces that it
has signed an exclusive marketing agreement with Jammin Sun Shaydes,
L.L.C. doing business as Brimz Clip and Flip Eyewear ("Brimz") for
Firelight to exclusively sell and distribute the Brimz line of sunglass
products in most sports markets with particular emphasis on the golf and
fishing segments throughout the United States, and to other regions and in
other distribution channels on a non-exclusive basis.  Firelight also has
the exclusive Direct Response marketing rights to the Brimz sunglass
products.
    Brimz is a privately-held company headquartered in Wixom, Michigan,
and is a leader in the sports sunglass industry.  Brimz designs and
manufactures sunglass products that offer the uniquely patented "clip and
flip" nylon frame design with a wrap around shield lens and 100% UV
protection.  The unique "clip and flip" design allows the Brimz frame to
be securely attached to the brim of any hat or visor.  All Brimz lens
offer 100% UV protection and come in several styles, including a mirrored
lens for the sportsman seeking maximum protection and a polarized lens for
water sports enthusiasts.  In commenting on the terms of the five year
Exclusive Marketing Agreement, Jeff Morton, President of Brimz, noted that
