Nyhl Henson Discusses Corporate Goals Leading to Amex Listing

Nyhl Henson has completed an exclusive interview on the floor of the
American Stock Exchange (AMEX). The interview, recorded yesterday, was

During the interview Mr. Henson discussed IVI's focus on the 15 percent

of the first phase of a wireless Internet access network in Cabot, Arkansas
and completion of a site survey in preparation for phase two of its plan to
provide wireless broadband Internet access throughout the State of
Arkansas.
