Red Brick Data Warehouse Products Now Available Through Hewlett-Packard's
Worldwide Sales System
LOS GATOS, Calif. Nov. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Red Brick(R) Systems, Inc.
(Nasdaq: REDB), The Data Warehouse Company(R), and Hewlett-Packard Company
(NYSE: HWP) today announced an agreement that enables HP to resell Red Brick's
data warehouse products and services through its Americas Local Products
Organization (LPO). This agreement provides Red Brick with a strong reseller
capability in a wide range of markets. It provides HP customers the ability
to acquire Red Brick's products and services, as part of an integrated HP
solution, through HP's Americas LPO.
Red Brick offers an integrated, comprehensive platform of software
products designed specifically to quickly build and deploy scalable,
high-performance data warehouse and data mart applications, to meet customers'
decision support requirements. These products include Red Brick Warehouse,
Red Brick Data Mine(TM) and Red Brick product maintenance support contracts
and implementation service packages. Red Brick creates and markets data
warehouse and data mart solutions that operate on UNIX(R) and Microsoft(R)
Windows NT(R) platforms from HP.
