RENO, Nev., Nov. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Reno Air, Inc.
[(Nasdaq: RENO), (PCX: RNO)] today announced it carried 462,403 passengers in
October, which is a 2.9 percent decrease over the same month last year. The
airline flew 249,589,207 revenue passenger miles (RPMs) with a capacity of
405,695,496 available seat miles (ASMs), producing a load factor of
61.5 percent.
"We are pleased with our October performance, despite the slight drop in
our load factor," said Reno Air President and CEO Robert Reding. "Last
October Reno Air carried more passengers, but many of them were traveling on
heavily discounted tickets. We continue to see our revenue yield strengthen
compared to last year."

Reno Air currently serves 24 cities with 208 peak daily scheduled
departures. The carrier's fleet of 30 MD-80 and MD-90 series jets has an
average age of less than seven years, one of the youngest all-jet fleets in
