NEW YORK, Dec. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Bristol-Myers Squibb Company (NYSE:
BMY) today announced that it will voluntarily withdraw its securities from
listing on NYSE Arca, Inc., formerly the Pacific Exchange. Bristol-Myers
Squibb securities will continue to be listed on the New York Stock
Exchange.
The decision to voluntarily withdraw listing from NYSE Arca, Inc. was
made to eliminate duplicative administrative requirements inherent with
dual listings as a result of the NYSE Group's recent merger with Achipelago
Holdings, the parent company of NYSE Arca. NYSE Arca will continue trading
Bristol-Myers Squibb securities on an unlisted trading privilege basis.
Bristol-Myers Squibb Company is a global pharmaceutical and related
health care products company whose mission is to extend and enhance human
life.
