Mohan Gyani, Former President and CEO of At&T Wireless Mobility Group, Joins E.piphany Board of Directors

(CRM) solutions, today announced that Mohan Gyani, former president and chief
executive officer of AT&T Wireless Mobility Group, has been appointed to
E.piphany's board of directors. Mr. Gyani's appointment brings the total
number of board members to seven, including Fred Anderson, executive vice
president and chief financial officer of Apple Computer, Paul Hazen, chairman
of Accel-KKR and former chairman and chief executive officer of Wells Fargo,
Bob Joss, dean of the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, Doug
Mackenzie, partner at Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, Karen Richardson,
chief executive officer of E.piphany, and Roger Siboni, chairman of the board
and former chief executive officer of E.piphany.

    Mohan Gyani is a telecom and wireless industry veteran who currently
serves as senior advisor to the chairman and chief executive of AT&T Wireless
Group. He was most recently president and chief executive officer of AT&T
Wireless Mobility Group, leading the company's domestic voice and data
mobility businesses, focusing on completing the expansion of the company's
footprint across the U.S. He has played key roles in the $1.6 billion IPO of
AirTouch in 1993 and the $10.6 billion IPO of AT&T Wireless in 2000. Following
the merger of Vodafone and AirTouch, Mr. Gyani served as the head of Strategy
and Corporate Development and as a member of the Board of Directors of
Vodafone AirTouch PLC. Prior to the merger, Mr. Gyani was executive vice
president and chief financial officer of AirTouch Communications. As executive
vice president and chief financial officer of AirTouch, Mr. Gyani was a key
leader in the $120 billion merger of AirTouch and Vodafone and the subsequent
$70 billion joint venture with Bell Atlantic. Prior to the merger, Mr. Gyani
played a major operational and strategic role in the company's growth from its
IPO to a $70 billion global company in five years. He serves as a member of
the boards of directors of the GSM Association, IDEA Cellular and Keynote
Systems, Inc. and was formerly member of the board of directors of CTIA
(Cellular Telecommunications and Internet Association). Mr. Gyani was born in
India and grew up in several countries before settling in San Francisco in
1970. He earned his B.A. in 1972 in Finance, graduating summa cum laude, and
his MBA in 1978 in Finance from San Francisco State University.
