SAN DIEGO, Dec. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Gateway Inc. (NYSE: GTW) today announced
it has been awarded a blanket purchase agreement (BPA) by the Office of
Administration for PCs for use by the various components within the Executive
Office of the President. The blanket purchase agreement is valued at more
than $1.7 million over one year.
The BPA includes Gateway portables and desktops with 18-inch flat panel
monitors. To meet critical needs, Gateway has expedited the manufacture and
shipment of a number of systems to the government already.
