Oxford Health Plans to Discuss Fourth Quarter Share Repurchase Activity And 2003 Earnings Per Share Impact At Investor Day

    TRUMBULL, Conn., Dec. 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Oxford Health Plans,
Inc. (NYSE: OHP) announced today that it will provide a preliminary update on
its fourth quarter share repurchase activity and the related impact on 2003
projected earnings per share at its previously announced investor day to be
held on Thursday, December 5, 2002.
    The presentations will take place from 1-5 p.m. EST.  The public may
access a live webcast of the event on the Investor Relations page of Oxford's
web site at http://www.oxfordhealth.com.  The day's agenda is currently posted
on this web site.  A replay of the event will be available from Friday,
December 6, through the end of the business day on Thursday, December 12.
