Major Financial and Production Resources to Startech Projects in Europe
WILTON, Conn., Dec. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Startech Environmental
Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: STHK), a fully reporting company, announced
today that Startech and Ansaldo Energia S.p.A. (AEN), having its principal
place of business at Genova, Via Nicola Lorenzi 8, Italy, have formed a
Strategic Alliance Agreement to mutually obtain commercial contracts that
utilize Startech's and AEN's, resources, equipment, expertise, know-how and
experience to produce sales that include their mutual capabilities.
AEN and Startech have agreed that it is in their mutual interest to work
together to produce the joint development of initiatives, both technical and
commercial, for the sales of Startech's Plasma Converter Systems and/or
turnkey plants incorporating Startech's proprietary technology for waste
destruction and remediation, the production of energy by use of the fuel
produced by Startech's technology, the development of joint R&D programs to
enhance the potential of Startech's technology and the employment of AEN's
financial resources.
