BOSTON, Mass., Dec. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Boston Properties, Inc. (NYSE: BXP),
a real estate investment trust, announced today that Bryan J. Koop has joined
the Company as Senior Vice President and Regional Manager of the Boston
office.
In this position, Mr. Koop, 41, will be responsible for overseeing the
operation of the Company's existing assets, development activities, and the
effort to identify, seize and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Mr. Koop comes to Boston Properties from the Trammell Crow Company where
he has worked since 1981. Since 1995, he has been the Managing Director and
City Leader of their New England commercial and retail real estate division
located in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Prior to 1995, he held other management
positions in the commercial and retail development and leasing areas within
the Trammell Crow organization in Washington, DC and Dallas and Houston,
Texas.
