Burnham Pacific Announces Fourth Quarter 2000 Dividend
 
    SAN DIEGO, Dec. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Burnham Pacific Properties, Inc.
(NYSE: BPP), today announced it will pay a fourth quarter dividend of $0.10
per share on its common stock.  The dividend will be payable December 29, 2000
to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 18, 2000.
