International, Inc., (Nasdaq: CSGS) announced today that George Haddix, a
director of the company, established a plan to sell stock on a regular basis.

The plan is in accordance with the Rule 10b5-1 of the Securities and
Exchange Commission. The rule permits employees and directors to adopt
written plans at a time when they are not in possession of material nonpublic
information and to sell shares according to the plan on a regular basis,
regardless of stock price or any subsequent nonpublic information that might
be received. Under the plan, Haddix may sell up to 450,000 shares of stock
over the next year.
"This plan will allow me to diversify my holdings in an orderly manner,"
