WASHINGTON, Dec. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Red Cross is pleased to
announce the online availability of resources for those producing packages and
stories on the one-year anniversary of the Indian Ocean tsunami.

Web site -- RedCross.org -- to keep our donors, the public and media informed
about the ongoing tsunami relief efforts.
New b-roll of relief efforts in Indonesia and Sri Lanka is available
online at no cost in the American Red Cross Press Room at

On Nov. 17, a summit was held to update the national media on the ongoing
Red Cross relief efforts for tsunami survivors. For those unable to attend,
the PowerPoint presentation and audio is now available for download at

The summit included remarks by Gerald Anderson, American Red Cross Tsunami
Recovery Program; Niurka Pineiro, International Organization for Migration
(IOM); Judith Lewis, United Nations World Food Program (WFP) and Iain Logan,
International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC).
