Sunoco to Host Philadelphia Analyst Meeting

    PHILADELPHIA, Dec. 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sunoco, Inc. (NYSE: SUN)
said today that it will host a presentation to analysts in Philadelphia on
Wednesday, December 13, 2006 at 8:30 a.m. ET. The purpose of the meeting
will be to update investors on the Company's strategies and capital
spending plans. Jack Drosdick, Sunoco Chairman and CEO, will lead the
meeting and many of the Company's top executives will be joining in the
discussion with analysts.
