BankAtlantic Bancorp Declares A Quarterly Cash Dividend

    FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Dec. 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of
Directors of BankAtlantic Bancorp (NYSE: BBX), the parent company of
BankAtlantic, Levitt Corporation, and Ryan Beck & Co., has declared a cash
dividend of $0.033 per share on its Class A Common Stock.  The Board set the
payment date for January 16, 2004 to all shareholders of record at the close
of trading on January 2, 2004.
