E.piphany(R) Strengthens Management Team; Names David Morandi Chief Technology Officer

(Nasdaq: EPNY), a full-suite provider of customer relationship management
(CRM) solutions, today announced that David Morandi has been named to the
position of Chief Technology Officer.  As CTO, Mr. Morandi will be responsible
for guiding the strategic direction of E.piphany(R) technology and products.
He will also play a vital role as an executive liaison between E.piphany
customers and partners and the future direction of E.piphany's technology
solutions. Previously, Mr. Morandi held the position of Vice President and
Chief Architect at E.piphany.

    Mr. Morandi is a software industry veteran with more than twenty years of
experience.  He joined E.piphany in 1999, and has spearheaded the strategy and
design of E.piphany's service-oriented architecture.  Prior to E.piphany, he
was Chief Architect at Red Brick Systems, a pioneering company in data
warehousing and analytics.  Mr. Morandi has also held various positions in the
XSoft division of Xerox, Network Computing, Metaphor Computer Systems and
Masstor Systems.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of
Wyoming.
