continues off the field as he prepares his next game strategy in the packing
and shipping industry, just in time for last minute holiday gift shipments.
Since retiring from the NFL in 1994, Ken has been exploring a variety of
opportunities and has found the right venture to tackle as the owner of a Pak
Mail (OTC Bulletin Board: PMCX) franchise.  His store, opening Monday,
December 14, 1998, is located at 5616 S. Gibraltar Way in the Smoky Hill
Village at Smoky Hill and Orchard Roads, in Aurora, Colorado.
    He looks to his future with Pak Mail to be as rewarding as his sports
career.  "I am a hands-on guy and I like to figure things out.  I am willing
to do whatever it takes to make the customer happy.  When it comes to getting
the job done in my Pak Mail business as it was with sports, I've always said
'With pride from start to finish,'" says Ken Lanier.

    In 1981, Ken Lanier was drafted in the 5th round by the Denver Broncos and
played 13 years for the team and a total of 14 years in the NFL.  He played
for the Los Angeles Raiders in 1993.  Ken has played in three Super Bowl games
for the Broncos and was the "Team Captain" for the 1989 Bronco Super Bowl
Team.  Known for his dependability, durability and as the "Rock on the Right
Side," Ken started 178 straight games in the NFL
    Ken reflects on his sports career as a learning experience and as a good
way to meet people.  His says his biggest achievement has been having a
positive effect on the youth of the city through being a role model and
speaking out against drug and alcohol use.
