Jr., Chairman of the Executive Committee and Partner of Patton Boggs has
joined 1-800 CONTACTS' Board of Directors. Patton Boggs is a national firm of
nearly 400 attorneys with a diverse business, litigation, dispute resolution,
regulatory and public policy practice. Mr. Boggs will replace Scott Tanner,
who is resigning from the Board of Directors. Mr. Tanner will continue in his
role as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of 1-800 CONTACTS.

legislatures and agencies, the United States Congress and Executive branch
departments, and foreign governments.
Mr. Boggs has been ranked one of the top 100 lawyers in the United States
by The National Law Journal every year since inception. He served as
Economist for the Joint Economic Committee, U.S. Congress from 1961-1965;
Coordinator, National Defense Executive Reserve, Executive Office of the
President from 1965-1966. Mr. Boggs is admitted to practice before the U.S.
District Court for the District of Columbia, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the
D.C. Circuit, the U.S. Court of Military Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
