Company to Expense Stock Options
BOISE, Idaho, Dec. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Boise Cascade Corporation
(NYSE: BCC) today announced a regular quarterly dividend of 15 cents per
common share, payable on January 15, 2004, to shareholders of record on
January 1, 2004.
The company also announced that it will begin expensing stock options
awarded in 2003 on its income statement. The financial impact on the
company's 2003 full-year results will be insignificant.
