CarrAmerica Announces Leases Totaling 69,813 Square Feet at International Square in Washington, DC

    WASHINGTON, Dec. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CarrAmerica Realty
Corporation (NYSE: CRE) today announced the signing of three leases totaling
69,813 square feet at International Square in Washington, D.C.

    Robins Kaplan Miller & Ciresi L.L.P. has signed a lease for 41,626 square
feet on the 2nd and 3rd floors of 1875 Eye Street and is expected to occupy
its new space in the third quarter of 2006.  Robins Kaplan Miller & Ciresi
L.L.P. was represented in this transaction by Craig Estey of Equis
Corporation.
    The American Association for Clinical Chemistry has signed a lease for
15,068 square feet on the 6th floor of 1850 K Street and plans to occupy its
space in February 2006.  The tenant was represented by Adam Singer and Demetri
Koutrouvelis of Studley, Inc.
    Aptify has signed a lease for 13,119 square feet on the 3rd floor of 1850
K Street and occupied its space in October 2005.  Aptify was represented in
this transaction by Mark Richardson of Transwestern Commercial Services.
    CarrAmerica Senior Vice President of Leasing for Metropolitan Washington,
D.C., David Bevirt, commented, "We are delighted that these three tenants have
