CORESTAFF to Acquire SAP Logo Partner

HOUSTON, Dec. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- CORESTAFF, Inc. (Nasdaq: CSTF), one of
the largest national providers of information technology services and staffing
services, announced today it has signed an agreement to acquire Dynamic Data
Solutions, Inc. (DDS), one of the leading global providers of SAP(R) training
and education services. Minneapolis-based DDS is the only National SAP Logo
Partner dedicated entirely to education, training and change management. The
transaction is expected to close in January 1998. DDS is projected to
generate revenues of approximately $14 million in 1997. Other terms of the
transaction were not disclosed.
DDS was founded in 1987 by Terri Younger Miller to provide education and
training services for SAP and other packaged software programs as well as
change management and business transformation programs that are not
software-dependent. Ms. Miller, chief executive officer, and Kevin Kennefick,
chief financial officer, will continue to operate the business.
DDS serves customers across North America, Europe, Latin America and the
Far East from its offices in Minneapolis and London. DDS offers the most
comprehensive library of instructor-led training courseware for SAP R/3
available in the industry, along with a complete set of ready-made business
transformation programs. DDS also offers a wide range of multimedia training
solutions, including the PowerWare(TM) line of computer-based training
products and a robust suite of end user-oriented multimedia training courses
for each business process. All of DDS's training programs are offered in a
variety of languages, and the company's GlobalMedia(TM) business unit works
with large corporations worldwide to manage their translation and localization
needs.
DDS will join CORESTAFF's Metamor Solutions business unit (formerly IT
Solutions). The addition of DDS's consultants to CORESTAFF will increase the
total number of dedicated SAP consultants at CORESTAFF to more than 230 while
providing CORESTAFF's technology consultants immediate access to the premier
SAP training service.
Commenting on the transaction, Michael T. Willis, CORESTAFF's president
and chief executive officer, said, "The acquisition of DDS will enable us to
establish a leading position in the SAP training and education market. With
its established reputation and international presence, DDS represents a
valuable add-on to the SAP implementation practice that CORESTAFF is building.
We are focused on providing full service SAP R/3(TM) and ASAP(TM)
implementation solutions to our clients."
