announced that the company has been added to the Nasdaq-100 Index effective
December 20, 1999. In addition, shares of companies in the Nasdaq-100 are
included in the Nasdaq-100 Index Tracking Stock(SM) (Amex: QQQ), which
provides investors with an instrument that tracks the performance of the
Nasdaq-100 Index. Since its inception, the fund's total assets have grown to
over $4 billion.

includes a minimum average daily trading volume of 100,000 shares.
