Ramsay Youth Services, Inc. Releases Statement
 
    CORAL GABLES, Fla., Dec. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Ramsay Youth Services, Inc.
(Nasdaq: RYOU) today announced that it has accepted a commitment for a
$5 million financing in subordinated debt. The proceeds will be used for
general corporate purposes. The closing of the financing is subject to the
negotiation and execution of definitive documents and other customary closing
conditions.
