Commercial Metals Company Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend
 
    IRVING, Texas, Dec. 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The board of directors of
Commercial Metals Company (NYSE: CMC) has declared a quarterly cash dividend
of six cents per share on common stock to shareholders of record January 6,
2006.  The dividend will be paid January 26, 2006.
    This is the 165th consecutive quarterly cash dividend paid by Commercial
Metals Company.
