TD Waterhouse Web Campaign Harnesses the Kamoon Solution To Connect Small Businesses With Financial Experts

Industry Leaders: TD Waterhouse and Kamoon Inc. Join Forces to Provide Free
                    Responses to Retirement Plan Inquiries

NEW YORK, and Fort Lee, N.J., Dec. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- TD Waterhouse Group,
Inc, the global online financial services firm (NYSE: TWE; TSE), today
launched a free inquiry program aimed at small businesses across the country.
Kamoon Inc., the infrastructure software company that powers the expert
services component of business on the Web, was selected to provide the
technology behind the free inquiry program. TD Waterhouse has engaged the
consulting services of Universal Pensions, Inc. (UPI) to respond to the
inquiries.
The Kamoon Commerce and Kamoon Match product applications enable TD
Waterhouse to smart route and match leads from banner advertisements to third
party UPI retirement plan consultants. Via the applications, UPI consultants
will respond to inquiries regarding federal tax matters relating to retirement
plans, securely and directly over the Kamoon system. Small business owners
can access the free inquiry program through banner ads on CNNfn.com, a leading
financial news Web site.
To participate, CNNfn.com users click on a banner ad targeted toward small
businesses interested in receiving a free response to their retirement plan
questions. Through the Kamoon applications, their retirement plan questions
are electronically routed to a consultant at UPI, who then provides an email
response directly to the individual. The program will run until December 31,
2000.
"TD Waterhouse makes it easy for consumers to manage their financial
lives, by providing access to a wide array of financial products and services
that meet the needs of all types of investors," said Peter Mastrantuono,
Senior Vice President, Retirement Marketing, of TD Waterhouse. "Kamoon's
technology allows us to reach small businesses efficiently and to connect them
with pension plan experts to help them solve complex retirement issues online.
We are pleased to be working with Kamoon and UPI to provide investors with
access to such important information, and to be utilizing CNNfn.com as the
vehicle through which to reach those investors."
"We remain dedicated to answering the human element issues of
customer- and client advisor-relationships on the Web for financial services
companies," said Yali Harari, CEO of Kamoon Inc. "TD Waterhouse and Kamoon
share the same vision of fully utilizing Web marketing to connect qualified
prospects to the business' sales force, but in a smart efficient way."
"The complexity in retirement plan rules and uncertainty in where to find
answers are often deterrents for small business owners in offering a plan,"
stated Thomas G. Anderson, President and Chief Operating Officer at UPI. "We
are pleased to be part of this initiative that is another demonstration of how
the Internet can be used to reach out to small business owners who couldn't
otherwise afford this level of service on an individual basis."
