     Jason Beres, Chief Technical Evangelist, Infragistics, speaking on "An
     Agile Approach to Building Great User Experiences." Beres is the Chief
     Technical Evangelist for Infragistics, the world's leading publisher of
     presentation layer tools. Jason is also one of the founders of Florida
     .NET User Groups, he is a Microsoft .NET MVP, is on the INETA Speakers
     Bureau and Board of Directory, and is the founder of the New Jersey .NET
     User Group. Beres is the author of several books on .NET development, is
     an international speaker, a frequent columnist for several .NET
     publications, and keeps very active in the .NET community.

     Naveen Gupta, Vice President (Technical Sales & Services), IBM Software
     Group, speaking on "Managing Global and Distributed Teams." With over
     fifteen years of experience, Gupta's career has focused on enterprise-
     class software products and services. Prior to his tenure at IBM, Gupta
     was with BEA as Director of Product Management, where he focused on their
     Aqualogic products for SOA. Prior experience also includes management
     positions at Netscape and KPMG Peat Marwick. Gupta holds an MBA from
     Wharton Business School, an MS in computer science from Northwestern
     University and a Bachelor from IIT-Delhi.

     Abhishek Mathur, Project Manager (Visual Studio Team System), Microsoft,
     speaking on "Moving from Tracking to Managing Projects: Visual Studio
     2005 Team System." Based in Hyderabad, Mathur has been with Microsoft for
     four years. In his current role, he is responsible for the strategy and
     development of the testing tools in VSTS Test SKU. In a previous role at
     Microsoft, Mathur was Program Manager on the team that launched the first
     version of VSTS. Mathur specializes in software quality and project
     management, which he has used toward helping establish Microsoft's world-
     class development facility in Hyderabad.

     SS. Ramakant, Technology Specialist, Microsoft, speaking on "Designing
     Distributed System for Deployment: Visual Studio 2005 Team Edition for
     Software Architects." Ramakant is based in Bangalore and is responsible
     for VSTS products. Ramakant has significant experience with software
     engineering tools and is intimately familiar with challenges in SDLC. In
     his current role, Ramakant is responsible for engaging with enterprise
     customers. Formerly, he was with IBM India for four+ years. Ramakant has
     applied his expertise across many organizations, resulting in significant
