Through Vitria's BusinessWare eBusiness platform, RMI.NET will be able to
automate and better manage complex business processes, such as service

assist RMI.NET in its efforts to integrate the 15 companies it has acquired in
1999.
"Vitria BusinessWare will allow us to better manage our business
processes, using our existing IT infrastructure, which will result in better
service for our customers nationwide," said Douglas H. Hanson, chairman and
chief executive officer for RMI.NET. "As our company continues on its
aggressive growth strategy, we need to ensure that our back office systems and
customer service capabilities grow as well. Vitria provides us with the
solutions we need."
"RMI.NET believes strongly in the need to provide premier customer
service, and that is a goal that we share," said JoMei Chang, president and
chief operating officer for Vitria. "We are pleased that RMI.NET has selected
Vitria's BusinessWare as the platform for delivering superior customer care."
The partnership agreement also brings together two of the premier

auditing firm's "Silicon Valley Technology Fast 50" and 21st in the national
Fast 500 ranking. RMI.NET was named in the Top 5 for the "Colorado Fast 50"
and 70th in the national ranking.
Recently, RMI.NET also reached a milestone when it surpassed the
