CLEVELAND, Dec. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Associated Estates Realty
Corporation (NYSE: AEC) announced today that Kara Florack has been promoted to
the role of Director of Human Resources.
Florack joined AEC from Charter One in July 2004 as the Director of
Compensation. In this role, she was responsible for the Company's 401(k) Plan,
as well as salary and incentive compensation programs. With her new
responsibilities, Florack will oversee all Human Resources functions,
including: compensation, benefits, human resources information systems,
recruiting and payroll.
