Trust (NYSE: RPT) announced today that it has closed on the sale of Trinity
Corners a 50,000 square foot community shopping center located in Pound Ridge,
New York.  The sale price was approximately $2.8 million.
    "The decision to sell this shopping center, as was the case with the
recent sale of a free standing Toys R Us in Commack, New York, is part of our
overall strategy to sell non-core assets which are not redevelopment
candidates," said Dennis Gershenson, president and chief executive officer.
"The proceeds generated from the sale will be reallocated into future growth
opportunities."
