industry organization focused on educating and bringing together the
entertainment community with the latest technology, today announced ETA 2002,
a conference and exposition designed to discuss and debate current issues
surrounding the convergence of technology and the entertainment industry. To
be held February 22nd to the 23rd, 2002 at the Pasadena Convention Center in
Pasadena, California, the two-day event and expo will offer 5 parallel tracks
of 30-plus educational classes, keynote speeches and networking events
designed to offer attendees the information and contacts they need to more
effectively utilize the latest technologies.
ETA Expo is designed to enable industry professionals to increase their
technical knowledge, share creative experiences with colleagues, learn tips
from well-known industry professionals and provide highly targeted networking
opportunities. Session tracks will focus on pre- and post-production, digital
cinema, digital filmmaking and business, web technologies, management and
delivery technologies, and financial and production tools.
