it has added three new Directors to the Board of Directors. The new
Directors, Leon Kranz, President and CEO of Weber Metals, Inc., Scott Roeper,
Managing Director of the Facilitator Capital Fund, and Margaret Hampton, a
manager at Grace Brothers Ltd., were elected to the Ladish Board on
November 13, 2001 at the Board's fourth quarter meeting.
