"Marianne Williamson on A Course in Miracles" Kicks off January 1
CHICAGO and WASHINGTON, Dec. 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Spiritual
teacher and internationally acclaimed author and lecturer Marianne
Williamson will host a new daily show on XM Radio's popular "Oprah and
Friends" channel beginning January 1, 2008, it was announced today by Harpo
Radio and XM. "Marianne Williamson on A Course in Miracles" will offer
listeners practical advice on how to live a more loving and peaceful life,
drawing from her experience with the self-study program for spiritual
reflection, A Course in Miracles. The new daily programming expands
Williamson's current weekly show on "Oprah and Friends."
"I'm delighted to have the opportunity to do this show. I know how
powerfully the ideas of the Course can affect people's lives, and I look
forward to sharing them on a daily basis," said Marianne Williamson.
In "Marianne Williamson on A Course in Miracles" Williamson will offer

listener- involved discussions about relationships, career and health
issues, among others. To complement the daily program, supplemental
materials for further personal study will be available online at

on how listeners can submit their own questions directly to Williamson

given thousands of lectures based on spiritual literature and principles --
including A Course in Miracles -- that have had a profound impact on
millions of lives. With her new daily show, Marianne and her unique
insights will be accessible every day to help countless others across the
country," said John Gehron, general manager, Harpo Radio, Inc.
A Course in Miracles is a complete self-study spiritual thought system

God -- is by undoing guilt through forgiving others. The Course focuses on
the healing of relationships and is a universal spiritual teaching, not a
specific religion.

p.m. ET on XM's "Oprah and Friends" channel (XM 156) beginning January 1,
with additional encores airing throughout the day. More information,
