Raytheon Appoints Jay B. Stephens as Company Secretary
 
    WALTHAM, Mass., Dec. 19, 2006 /PRNewswire/ -- Raytheon Company today
announced that its Board of Directors has elected Jay B. Stephens as
Secretary of the Company. Stephens will also continue to serve in his
existing capacity as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Raytheon,
a position he has held since joining the company in October 2002.
