Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta Declares Fourth Quarter Dividend

    ATLANTA, Dec. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of Federal Home
Loan Bank of Atlanta (FHLBank Atlanta) has approved an annualized dividend
rate for the fourth quarter of 5.90 percent, applicable to capital stock
held during the period from Oct. 1, 2006, to Dec. 30, 2006. FHLBank Atlanta
will credit this dividend to members' daily investment accounts at close of
business on Jan. 2, 2007.
