Agreement Will Provide Deutsche Telekom With Effective Access
                      To Broad Set Of Information Sources

    OBERURSEL/DARMSTADT, GERMANY AND OTTAWA, CANADA, Dec. 2 /PRNewswire/ -
Fulcrum Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: FULCF; TSE: FUL) today announced that
Deutsche Telekom AG has signed an agreement with Fulcrum Technologies GmbH to
deploy Fulcrum(R) Knowledge Network to 35,000 users, providing seamless access
to the various information sources across the enterprise.
    At the core of the application at Deutsche Telekom AG is Fulcrum's
Knowledge Network Server with its interface to Microsoft Exchange Server, and
its ability to index and retrieve all information found in public folders and
mailboxes.  Users will also have two browser interfaces at their disposal:
Fulcrum FIND!(TM) for Client/Server-based Windows applications and Microsoft
Exchange and Outlook; and WebFIND! for Web-based applications.  Deutsche
Telekom AG will begin deploying the application to users this year.
