(Nasdaq: INOC), a provider of order processing, order fulfillment, and call
center services to large corporations that outsource these functions, today
announced that it has signed a multi-year, multi-million dollar customer
service and technical support agreement with the Siemens Information and
Communication Mobile Group (IC Mobile).
Innotrac will provide a comprehensive support solution for Siemens IC
Mobile's entire product range of mobile phones, wireless modules, mobile
organizers and cordless phones as well as products for wireless home
networks. Initially, the contract will focus on Siemens' key market
supporting customers throughout the United States.
Innotrac Corporation will utilize approximately 170 dedicated agent
seats to support Siemens' IC Mobile customers.
