that its Strategic Technologies unit has acquired the assets of Logix, Inc., a
Denville, N.J.-based provider of hand-held personal computer (HPC) sales force
solutions to the pharmaceutical industry. Terms of the transaction were not
disclosed. IMS HEALTH is the world's leading provider of information
solutions to the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.

Logix-developed HPC sales force automation applications.
