HORSHAM, Dec. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- GMAC Commercial Mortgage Corp. (GMACCM)
has opened its first office in Canada.
The nation's leading commercial mortgage banker with a $75 billion
servicing portfolio, will operate under the name, GMACCM of Canada, Limited,
and offer a lending program as well as a variety of products and services
supported through its domestic infrastructure.

said GMAC Commercial Mortgage President Charles E. Dunleavy, Jr.

GMACCM of Canada Limited, will be headquartered in Toronto and it will
concentrate on commercial mortgage originations as well as primary and master
servicing. Senior Vice President, John M. Beam, Jr. will oversee the new

Canadian lending professionals to effectively do business in all the
provinces," said Beam.
