Vanion to Offer High-Speed Internet Access Service From Internet Commerce &
Communications (Formerly RMI.NET)
DENVER, Dec. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Internet Commerce & Communications, Inc.
(Nasdaq: ICCX), announced today that Vanion, Inc., and IC&C have entered into
an agreement whereby IC&C will provide DSL Internet access to Vanion on a
private label basis. Delivery of service is expected to begin in the first
quarter of 2001.

"The relationship created by this agreement should prove profitable for
both companies," said Douglas Hanson, Chairman and CEO of IC&C. "We now have
several such agreements whereby our partners can sell IC&C's products and
services under their own brand names. These partners get access to our
national DSL footprint, with a presence in the largest markets as well as the
rural Colorado areas."
