ENGLEWOOD, Colo., Dec. 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CSG Systems
International, Inc., (Nasdaq: CSGS) announced today that Neal Hansen, chairman
and chief executive officer of the company has announced his plans to retire
in mid-2005. Hansen will continue to serve on the board of directors and as a
consultant to the company after his retirement.
