TASER International, Inc. Announces Two Additional Orders From the Kansas City Police Department and Charleston County Sheriff's Office

    SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Dec. 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- TASER International,
Inc. (Nasdaq: TASR; TASRW), a market leader in advanced less-lethal weapons,
today announced that the Kansas City Police Department ordered over
300 TASER X26 conducted energy weapons and accessories in an order valued at
over $245,000.  In addition, the company received an order for over 300 TASER
X26 conducted energy weapons and accessories from the Charleston County
Sheriff's Office, South Carolina, in an order valued at over $280,000.
    "In looking at less lethal options, the decision was made to purchase the
TASER X26 because it best protected our officers while allowing us to better
serve the community," stated Major Rick McLaughlin with the Kansas City,
Missouri Police Department.
