packers involved in the discovery of BSE do not supply meat to the BURGER KING
system.

Burger King Corporation has rigorous product safety procedures in place
for its suppliers to ensure that its meat products cannot be contaminated at
any stage in the production process.
Burger King Corporation uses only whole muscle meat from the forequarters
and flanks of cattle for its hamburger products. Scientists have never linked
Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (BSE) to muscle meat.
Burger King Corporation consistently requires all of its beef suppliers to
be in strict compliance with the company's highest standards of quality and
food safety as well as with all government regulations.
