Raytheon Completes Sale of Optical Systems Business to BFGoodrich
 
    LEXINGTON, Mass., Dec. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Raytheon Company
(NYSE: RTNA, RTNB) today announced that it has finalized the sale of its
optical systems business to The BFGoodrich Company (NYSE: GR).  The companies
announced the sale agreement on November 15, 2000.
