CHICAGO, Dec. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Borg-Warner Protective Services
Corporation, a subsidiary of Borg-Warner Security Corporation (NYSE: BOR)
today announced the appointment of Peter D. Boulais as president of its
Northwest Business Unit. He will be located in San Jose, CA and report to
John D. O'Brien, president of Borg-Warner Protective Services.
Boulais brings 23 years of sales, marketing and operations experience to
Borg-Warner having previously worked for US Freightways Corporation as senior
vice president and as executive vice president, sales and marketing for
Consolidated Freightways.
He earned a bachelor of science degree in economics from Boston College in
1967 and an MBA degree from the University of San Francisco in 1972.
