being held at Boise Office Solutions division headquarters in Itasca,
Illinois, on January 7, 2004, beginning at 10 a.m. (Central standard time).
The conference will be hosted by George Harad, Boise's chairman and chief
executive officer, and will present details of Boise's acquisition of
OfficeMax, which was completed on December 9, 2003, and plans for the new
combined office products business.
