ATLANTA, Dec. 31 /PRNewswire/ -- Powell, Goldstein, Frazer & Murphy LLP
has hired Warren M. Krompf to serve as its Firm-wide Human Resources Director.
Most recently, Mr. Krompf was the Director of Human Resources, Worldwide
for the law firm of Leboeuf, Lamb, Greene, & MacRae, LLP in New York, NY and
served as Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at National
Reprographics, Inc., a digital imaging service bureau and commercial printing
organization. Prior to this, he was President of The Warren Group, a
consulting company specializing in Human Resources management and
organizational development.
Chuck Vann, Chief Operating Officer, commented, "What the firm was
searching for during the interview process was someone who could develop the
staff and provide them support and to determine the resources the firm needed.
The decision to hire Krompf was based on the firm's desire to hire a high
level executive who would be in charge of the most important asset of the firm

and has CCP and SPHR certifications. He is licensed and certified to
administer and evaluate the Predictive Index(TM) system, an organizational
development and recruiting instrument.
