GRC International Announces Second BPA Win

VIENNA, Va., Dec. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- GRC International (NYSE: GRH)
announced today it has been awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) by the
Dept. of Veteran's Affairs North Texas Health Care System under GRCI's General
Services Administration (GSA) Supply Service Schedule. The federal government
estimates that the volume will be $100 million for the contract, which will
expire on March 31, 2002, if a three-year extension option is exercised by the
GSA in 1999. The rates are based on the GSA schedule, however, customers will
receive a minimum discount of 1 percent.
The BPA covers a broad range of services including: systems analysis and
design, systems installation, conversion and implementation support, network
services, data management, database planning and design, programming, and
resources and facilities management. The BPA is anticipated to be used by the
VA and other federal customers.
GRCI has already been awarded a $3 million task under this BPA for the
Integrated Combat Service Support System (ICS3) Program. The ICS3 program has
the overall objective of applying standardized engineering procedures to
efficiently support the modernization and migration of selected Army logistics
systems.
In July 1997 GRCI was awarded its first prime BPA contract vehicle by the
Navy's Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) Systems Center,
Charleston, S.C., to provide systems engineering, integration and other
support for the design, analysis, development, testing, installation,
documentation, and support for various systems. The Charleston BPA, coupled
with the newly awarded VA BPA, significantly benefit GRCI by enabling the
company to offer its customers a wide range of rates; more competitive pricing
options; and an efficient means to execute tasks.
GRC International Inc., with headquarters in Vienna, Va., provides

product solutions to government and commercial customers. GRCI is a publicly
traded company listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol GRH.
