RICHMOND, Va., Feb. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Fort
James Corporation (NYSE: FJ) today declared a quarterly dividend of $.15 per
share on the issued and outstanding shares of common stock of the company.
The dividend is payable on March 31, 1998, to common shareholders of record at
the close of business on March 17, 1998.
The Board also declared quarterly dividends on the following outstanding
