ST. LOUIS, Feb. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Sam Fox, Chairman and Chief Executive
Officer of Harbour Group, announced today that Central Industrial Supply has
been acquired by Harbour Group.  Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
    Central Industrial Supply ("CIS") is engaged in the manufacture and
distribution of parts for computer OEMs and automotive components, air
conditioners and electronics OEMs.  The company is based in Grand Prairie,
Tex., and employs 233 people there and at its distribution centers in Houston
and Singapore.  Annual sales of CIS are in excess of $58 million.
    Mr. Fox said the acquisition of CIS reinforces Harbour Group's commitment
to acquiring and developing manufacturing companies in highly fragmented
industrial products industries.  He commented, "We are excited about the
acquisition of CIS and look forward to continuing to grow the business
internally and through acquisitions.  We believe CIS has significant
opportunities to acquire companies in complementary businesses and improve its
position and size as a world-class competitor."
    Harbour Group is a privately owned company based in St. Louis, Missouri.
