CORESTAFF Announces Changes in Staffing Services Group Management

    HOUSTON, Feb. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- CORESTAFF, Inc. (Nasdaq: CSTF), one of
the largest national providers of information technology services and staffing
services, announced today that Rocco N. Aceto, president of CORESTAFF
Services, the company's staffing services group, will leave the organization
in May.  Robert H. McNabb has been appointed president and chief executive
officer of CORESTAFF Services effective April 1, 1998.
    Most recently, McNabb, 50, served as president and chief operating officer
of Republic Industries' Replacement Rental Car Business.  Before joining
Republic, McNabb served as executive vice president of Kelly Services, Inc.,
where he designed and created the business solutions division.  Earlier,
McNabb served as president of a major operating division of Talent Tree
Staffing Corporation.  Michael T. Willis, CORESTAFF's president and chief
executive officer, was the founder of Talent Tree.
    Willis said, "Bob possesses an in-depth knowledge of the staffing
business, strong customer focus and a hands-on style in working with branch
offices.  I look forward to working closely with Bob again and I'm certain he
will build on the solid foundation that Rocco has created."
    Aceto, 40, joined CORESTAFF Services in 1994, and assumed his present
position in 1996.  "Rocco elected to leave the company for personal reasons,"
Willis stated.  "He will be greatly missed.  He has done an exemplary job in
his tenure as president and helped to build a great foundation for CORESTAFF's
future.  Rocco will remain on board until May to assure a smooth transition in
leadership."
